Is there something else I can use besides puzzle glue to hold my puzzles together?

A while back I was in Wal-Mart buying a puzzle and they had this stuff to hold your puzzles together but instead of being the regular glue it was like a big sticker sheet that you stuck to the back of the finished puzzle. I didn't buy it then and now I wish I had because since then I am unable to find it again. Has anybody ever heard of this stuff and do you know what its actually called?

  1. Use Contact Paper - the clear kind you use to line shelves. It's probably the same thing. You can find it at pretty much any store near the kitchen items.
  2. Well, maybe you could you double-stick tape. Or possibly laminate the puzzle.
  3. i dont know about that but i do know that in the craft section of walmart you can find mod podge. it is better than reg puzzle glue and dries almost instantly. i use a painting sponge to spread it on and it worked really good.
  4. One alternative would be acrylic medium. It comes in mat and glossy. One would paint this on the finished puzzle sort of gluing it together. This is the stuff artists use when they want to thin the color of acrylic paint they are using but want more body than water. This can normally be found by the artist's paint section.
